The presence of our adequately equipped manufacturing units on both the eastern and northern fronts of the country allows us to cater to our clients on a nationwide basis.

The key to growth of any industry is the quality of its machines. We at EPIL have always invested heavily on getting the best and most advanced machinery. We have more than 80 Injection moulding machines and around 35 Blow Moulding machines in various capacities from Feromatic Milacron, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Cincinati, Sika, Jagmohan Pla Machine, Binita and others ensuring we can meet the various requirement as to size and volume of our customers.

We have full equipped Tool Room / Workshop in both the plants. These tool rooms have trained engineers and workers for maintenance and repairing of our moulds and machinery. Testing Labs – Our quality testing Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and a very high skilled professional observation, which ensures that every product that comes out of our plant is a product of quality.

Printing is done in-house by trained technical personnel, to the exact specifications of the client, to fully utilize the decorative display potential of their packaging. Beauty with utility is the keyword. Packaging can be colour coded as per client’s requirements. Customers can print safety and other instructions on the containers to make it clear and legible, thereby preventing towards accidents and incorrect storage or transportation of products. We have in house Automatic Screen Printing, Offset Printing, Shrink Sleeve and Heat Transfer Labelling Decoration.
